I have enjoyed Julia’s pilates classes for over twenty years, going twice a week if possible. Julia is a lovely teacher, kind, skilled and thoughtful. She understands our different difficulties and abilities and will adapt the exercises, or provide alternatives, to be right for us as individuals but also to stretch us! It has been fantastic to have the opportunity to do sessions by zoom during and after covid, and I hope to continue pilates with Julia for many more years -
